Thus being the new year I have began looking for new ideas for a little change on the home front. Inspiration, lets face it, can be found any and everywhere. Although design can be such a creative outlet I get very confused with the functuality of it all. I know alot of things are done for the mere five hour photo shoot but come on. I look at some of this photos and sites and think, "really, you must'nt have kids or a husband for that matter.
For example:
I invision red kool-aid on the carpet, a busted lip from the little one, and explosion of tacky plastic toys and the hub wondering how on earth the Sunday nap is suppose to happen on that couch.

This on the other hand is more my style, or should I say fits the mold of my life.

.....lastly, when it comes to expensive art, who needs it. I've got the next Van Gogh in the next room!

I hope you all love your home, to me it says who you are and how you expect to live. Never stop changing, no one likes a bore.
